We had a large order change from shipped to cancelled after it shipped/was marked shipped.

Log said: from SUBMITTED to ACCEPTED for order: 520**64

You changed to the wrong status. It's a human error from you, not us

That is hard to hear considering the size of the order and that we were on the market the next day processing orders and must not have noticed. Would you be willing to reach out to the buyer on our behalf?

But as soon as the Seller would have cancelled the order, would you not have got a full refund automatically by the system?

More just curious about why it would involve Support.

Yes than there probably is a bug in that market's software. That should not have happened once it was market shipped.

Edit. Just wanted to add, that it might be just that the order was shipped too soon......as a possibility.
I recall that on some markets, there is a time limit of up to 2 or 3 hours where the buyer can cancel the order.

Just a guess.

But in this market place there is an acceptance phase. My guess is that you need to let the item stay parked for a few hours before shipping to insure that the buyer is not going to back out.

My guess is ASAP has a buyer back-out window of time after hitting the final phase of the buy option.

Seeing your post definitely will aid me i making sure I don't ship too fast. Will let orders stay parked for a few hours after accepting. Even if that means posting the next business day.

Buyer can't cancel the order after 3 minutes after checkout.
Always check for "Accepted" Orders in Orders.

Have you reached out to the buyer? If that had happened to an order I made, I would gladly reorder. There are some buyers out there who are trying to scam vendors, but a lot of us want to do right by good vendors. Just a thought.

yeah gotta make sure triple check that.. 1st gotta click accepted. then wait till it updates. then 2nd click shipped. then wait till it updates.Always triple check you current orders list.
