Warranty Fraud, is it still popular and achievable ? : Fraud | Torhoo darknet markets
Hello there
If Iam calling it correctly, its a "warranty fraud" , when you approaching to company for their products which you "fakely own" and getting replacement out of it.
It was popular back in 10s, did it got tougher (probably did as everything else)
Do people do that here on forum?
I was thinking maybe I could get some beer money out of that.
Any advice appreciated
definitely still happens, but it’s much riskier and less reliable than it used to be. Companies have improved their tracking, databases, and fraud detection, so you can’t just fake ownership and walk away with a replacement like before.
Some people still try it, especially with smaller or less tech-savvy brands, but the bigger players have strict policies and sometimes require proof of purchase, serial number validation, or even photos of the original product.
If you want to attempt it, research the specific brand’s warranty process deeply. Look for patterns or loopholes in their return policies, and keep in mind that repeated attempts or obvious scams will get you flagged or blacklisted quickly.
Bottom line: it can work occasionally but don’t expect it to be easy or a steady income source. Use caution.

I remember it was way easier, with just amazon order generator , they used to send reps right away.
I was thinking about some cheap products (probably easier to do) under $100, and resell them.
I was away for a long time and guess a lot of stuff changed. got here back as I am kind of feeling "desperate" and need to find a way around it, maybe Ill find something that will make at least $500 permonth.
Thank you for your advice, will choose some brands and dive into policies.
