The way it's been for years is LE easily take down markets or the markets exit scam. It's time for an evolution of the darknets. It's not that simple. Half the reason you chose a DNM is because you trust the people running it. Well, you don't have to know that much about them. But you heard about market reputation, which is essentially the same thing. This is something you need to address in a decentralized setting. Like, who's arbitrating disputes, who moderates listings, who ensures everything goes nice and smooth. The same issue is why blockchain didn't make it yet for consumer applications (outside of the particular case of crypto). We as a specie need to rely on other individuals. Not systems.

I had an idea last night ,what if markets came in with an exact day when they will close down? it would be like any other contract of work , 2-3 year contract between vendor and markets. it doesn't mean that they can't exit sooner, but at least people are aware that sooner or later the marketplace will be closed and that it doesn't give time to LE to catch up .. just an idea

To be honest the countdown on a market starts the day that it opens. People get greedy and operate too long. The time and mistake combo is an exploit that will never be patched.
