Weird Monero Transaction Found : Monero | Torhoo darknet markets

Hey everyone, just stumbled across a really weird Monero transaction.
t's odd for two reasons:
-Same age: 5 ring members all have the exact same timestamp (3 hours 29 minutes 23 seconds).
-Low max age: The oldest of those 5 members is only 5 hours 52 minutes old. That's unusually low compared to other transactions.
Anyone who understands Monero know if this could be normal or potentially suspicious? It seems weird, maybe an attack or something I just don't get?
