Energy Control is a Spanish NGO that develops Harm Reduction strategies, offer information, personal advice and education regarding drugs in order to diminish risk and harm related to their use.

We offer a Drug Checking Service in order to inform the users about the composition of the drugs and therefore are in a position to advise them on less risky taking of said substance. We also offer customized, non-moralistic, and scientific drug information directed at drug users. The Drug Checking Service started operating in Spain from 1999

In 2013 we started an on-line advice Harm Reduction project in cryptomarket forums, lead by Dr. Fernando Caudevilla (DoctorX). At the same time we launched a pilot of an International Drug Checking Service.

Since 2014 we became stablished in a long-time project: "Energy Control International" , to provide similar services to those offered in Spain worldwide.

We are restructuring our services. One of our immediate goals is to stay in contact with cryptomarket community to discuss and improve our Harm Reduction strategies.
