I have with me a Wells-Fargo account used to pay off an auto loan, the loan has been paid off by the owner using a checking account linked to the wells fargo account. Can anyone help me to cash out?

Do you have the SSN associated to the Wells Account? How much was the payoff? Is it the login or just the account and routing? If its the latter then what was the amount? This needs to be done fairly quickly or otherwise the account may not be very useful for anything in the future.

Yes, I have the SSN, payoff was a total of $23,881, I have the login and I can check the details of the account, but it wont show me the full account number or routing number without verification (Phone # which I do not currently have access to).
