You can try to encode the trojan with x86/shikata_ga_nai and get more information about what antivirus the victim is using.

Shikata_ga_nai will not bypass runtime of any modern AV, you need to buy (or make) an actual crypter.

Look for a good encoder, use social media as phishing tools (basic), can take some weeks but if you have enough skills it should works.

It will take 1 day to buy a good crypter, and thats all you need if your victim is mentally disabled and will run any unsigned exe you send.
Otherwise you will also need and EV cert and/or some kind of exploit that will disguise your payload, for instance office exploits used to be pretty popular and easy to make.
