if there are 20 markets all wanting to announce at the same time - or they are ddosing each other, broken markets, no organic growth etc etc it can all cause delay.
hopefully with the new updates from /u/hugbunter we'll see some more transparency on these types of issues so the conspiracy theories can die down a little.
