Gave me the crypto but i believe i can not send it to an external wallet. Maybe they want me to use it for investing and just cash out in fiat money. I will keep it now for investing or cash out sometime

Which exchange did you use that won't allow you to withdraw crypto? Maybe it's just a hold for new accounts or something.
