What happened? : Tails | Torhoo darknet markets

I cant run a program on tails.
Downloaded Feather appimage, copied it into Persistent, right click > Properties > Permissions > Allow executing file as program, but when I try to run the appimage nothing happens, double click, right click > run, nothing. Downloaded other programs, same issue. Reboot doesnt work either.
