Depends type of drugs
Soft drugs like Weed and hash you wont get to court that easy in NL DE BE FR SP and Portugal
Overal its allowed to have 5 gr (Germany has a limit around 25GR)

But the hard drugs will get you easy in court mostley youll pay a fine (if not finding prove that you resell drugs)
