what the heck is drughub asking me to do? : DarkNetMarkets | Torhoo darknet markets

I can't send messages to vendors, or even make support tickets, because of needing to encrypt with their keys and I am lost on what they're asking.

(i tried what I thought it was but still getting an error)

can anyone help me with this? maybe im too stoned to get it.

If markets require this, it should be accessible from the same page on which you would add your message to the support message field. Check if there are any links there, to the PGP's you need.

If you're talking about the DNM bible you can just type /bible.zip at the end of the dread link for an offline version. It's not ideal for obvious reasons but it's something.
