When you say missing deposit, did it ever show as pending in the wallet? Did you add it by decrypting a pgp or did you scan a qr code? If the latter then that was a phishing site and abacus never got your money.

never showed as pending and enterted the wallet address as i usually would on a private link so idk how that would happen

I just made an acct today. For some reason when I go to my wallet I can't get a deposit address for either BTC or XMR. Even when I turn on anti-phishing and it requires decryption, there's still no address present. Any ideas?
