When I was young... : Pygmalion | Torhoo darknet markets
When I was young, it seemed that life was so wonderful
A miracle, oh, it was beautiful, magical
And all the birds in the trees, well, they'd be singing so happily
Oh, joyfully, oh, playfully watching me
But then they sent me away to teach me how to be sensible
Logical, oh, responsible, practical
And then they showed me a world where I could be so dependable
Oh, clinical, oh, intellectual, cynical
But seriously, LSD has helped me break down --if only temporary-- the compartmentalization that society, or maybe the mind, has constructed. It has allowed me to view the world in a way that reminds me of when I was a child and life seemed so magical. I believe this has made me a more patient and understanding person.
Why has decompartmentalization made me a more patient and understanding person? Having the ability to break down borders in the mind allows for sense data to be interpreted by parts of the brain that may not normally interpret that data. It allows you to look at things in new, and often times exciting, ways. With this fresh perspective it is easy to dissolve the ways in which you had previously looked at the world. In fact I would say that it dissovles the ego. With less ego there is less impatience and more empathy with humanity as a whole.
This isn't the first time in human history that these experiences have been available to us. Enter the Telesterion. Obviously I'm forbidden to speak about what happens here; but there is a thread that connects birth-life-death. Understanding this relationship brings peace to any anxieties of mortality. No ego means no individuality of the soul. We all have the same divine substance inside us --about a drops worth sayeth Aristotle. Surely there are different instances of humans, but we are all one with regards to the soul. Remember, your ego is not your amigo.
LSD is truly a gift. If used in a responsible manner it can bring so much wonder and beauty to a person's life. I believe it made me a better person, but I believe it can make you a better person too.
