TGC-RC.ru has it listed with europe to worldwide shipping, they have one that I believe comes from NL and another more expensive listing that comes from lower risk european country but costs more. they are a clearnet rc vendor. my understanding is they basically have a lot of connections/sources worldwide they use to provide the products, i believe they are still legit - they have decent PR presence on a clearnet drug forum with recent reports of success (drugbuyersguide - clearnet warning be safe if you plan to access it).

If you're looking for vendors i've been buying from severals on Archetyp.
HighRepublic has 5CL and 5F-ADB liquids and also 5F powder, i tested them all and they are very good just a bit expensive.
PowderFlexUK got raw 5CL powder, arround 75% purity the rest being MDMB-5BR-INACA precursor (labtested)
Gadafi had the best 5CL but he's not active anymore at this time (90%+ 5CL + arround 10% MDMB-5BR-INACA precursor too)
