I don't know about Sam Bent but darknet influencers tend to annoy me. Well. All influencers. But here is worse. I don't need a 20-minutes long comment about how /u/beelzebub runs the show on /d/opsec. If he's unhappy, he's welcome to join and make things for the best. I'm sure a nice enough post in /d/adoptasub will get him through. I don't get why he tried to create confrontation with /u/nihilist1 either. The guys sounds smart enough to share his work with Dread, like I'm sure he occasionally gets information from it. We don't need drama on our own backyard. Leave this to the businessmen. If Sam is unhappy with what's pinned on top of the sub, he can come here and comment like an adult. What's the point of making full-length blog post for Christ sake.

Did he really say I run /d/OpSec? Now I know he's delusional. I manage the wiki, created the banner and sidebar, and occasionally approve posts.

I've never claimed to be in charge of the sub. /u/DaVenom, could you please clarify my role on OpSec?

He is a stalker with several alts active, seldom using his main account, it will be lot of minus scores doing so. Because hes a parrot repeating others, and not an evangelist, his methods has sewer limitations. So, in his ego centric mind he can only gain by trash talking others or by trying to destroy them. Without a shadow of doubts he would be destructive to others that he consider being "competitors". Competitors of what you might ask your self, answer goes back to Fame-Influence-Money.

Beelzebub is not his competitor, Dread OpSec is...

Sums up the whole influencing thing pretty well. It's especially annoying here though. The darknet subculture lives because it feeds a certain purpose. Purpose creates the need for mutual help. I'd assert the vast majority of Sam's followers don't actually share the same objective. The simple fact he's broadcasting on the big tube is blatant proof he doesn't give a fuck about OPSEC. But. I'm mad he would create conflict where there is not. That, on top of gender-related post which I still don't know what it was about. I'm sure he doesn't either. Pumping numbers is what matters here.

It's funny for sure. The way influencers can be. But it's kind of missing the point. I'm not here for board drama. I don't think a lot of people are. To be honest I never watched a single of his videos because it would put my OPSEC at risk. Not much. Still. I don't want GAFAM to know I'm into DN stuff. Especially for the sake of getting an influencer opinion.

He comes across as a faggot because he is trying to be part of this scene without being part of it anymore. He treats websites going down as news and caters news to the people who seems to be against. He is also fragile and has a grudge against Dread so he only posts on the darkweb twitter clone that is full of groomers and less capable people.
