Please explain, how would the Archetyp takedown have any effect on his original country of origin? It was a worldwide market, any order especially from Archetyp vendors may be hotter than usual. Preferring NL over DE? NL is a narco-state. Less than six German vendors being arrested probably has barely any effect on most orders from other vendors. If at all, DE got a little tiny bit closer to NL.
Your best bet is looking for a domestic vendor, but you should know this already.

Marc was German, but you didn't answer how this makes any difference for orders from any vendor in a specific country. He was the admin of an international market. I highly doubt he was directly connected to any vendors IRL. Everything I said above before.

True, but it's still just a bunch. Also, not all German vendors are connected. That would mean it would soon get safer when it comes to the cluster of vendors they arrested recently, since it's gone.
In other words: They catch them whenever they catch them. Just because they just caught some, it doesn't mean this will continue and continue as a result of that. It will continue because of Archetyp's seizure, but that is not restricted to a specific country.
