the more I surf on dread the more I realize the constant presence of Archetyp, why is he number 1? because he is the oldest? “Superlist Since: 30th November 2021”
Apart from the fact that he's been around the longest, what makes him No. 1?
UX / UI experience?
Fast request ?
Forum on market ?
1. Works very well, memorizes/sets your preferences (US to US for me)
2. Very little bugs
3. Admin open to new and reasonable ideas
4. Most of the good vendors are there
The price to become a sell (ie vendor bond) Is a bit high, but, understandable.
As compared to Abacus and that fucking clown show of a user interface, holy crap. It's like they purposefully don't want people to be able to actually use the damned market.

Now I'm a pretty humble guy who doesn't demand much or need a boujie UI, but I feel myself slowly become autistic when trying to use Abacus, and I don't even like throwing shade at markets because I know what kinda time and effort goes into building one.
I agree. Abacus has quite a cluster fuck as an interface. Once you get used It, it's kinda nice but it still feels like a airliner cockpit for no reason. But since it's being DDOSed to shit, it's not worth it.
You raise an important point, responsive is indeed important but is it really necessary? are there really many people who access the DNM with their phone? or small screen?
Long ago when the debate about abacus captcha came up I would jump on every time to check it out. Haven't done it in a month or so but never had any trouble passing their captchas. Guess I'll try again to see if I still got it haha.
Archetyp has always been my favorite market, even better than Alphabay or Dream back in the day. Those markets were mainly good because of the huge amount of users nothing else. Archetyp has a great UI or par with current clearnet sites, where most are stuck 10 years in the past. It very rarely goes down due to DDOS and is online and fast 90% of time. Lots of helpful info for buyers as well (which I am one). For example it shows order accept time, and ship time which is a concern for a lot of people. For me it's just always worked and I haven't found anything that comes close. I don't know what I would do without it!
It may be a bit smaller than other markets but I imagine more will migrate too it. Especially with all the issues abacus is having where no one can ever get online.
See sticky post about Abacus as well as the megathread. Don't ask users for links. Only get links from /d/abacusmarket and daunt.link

Not sure how it is on all the others markets but the UI is really good, a lot of vendors and more than all the fact that only one listing per product is fantastic, because having 10 pages of the same products by differents vendors(only difference being "x5", "x10" etc) was terrible on other markets
your comment sounds like /u/super_sloth's it seems to be a recurring problem with DNM it's very interesting, what other point would you like to share with us?
People underestimate how important UI/UX is to adoption but it's critical. We all naturally gravitate towards tools that are "pretty" -- it's just our nature.
REALLY THEY ARE THE BEST SITE THATS EVER GRACED THE DARK NET, LETS BE HONEST ARCHETYP IS A HOUSE HOLD NAME NOW. I JUST HOPE THEY OUT REIGN THERE COMPETITORS AND STAY IN THE GAME FOR YEARS TO COME

I love /d/Archetyp !
I turn off the anti phishing system (I also save my private link in KeePass too to prevent fuckery)
