The only reason to buy domestic is safe and guaranteed delivery.

When markup is 5 or 10 times of the original prices like blackkaiser they dont lose anything from giving 100% reship. Its still a profit. The only reason not to give full reship for lost packs is you want to profit from your customers loss. You dont care if they come back and you are greedy.

I agree totally as the reason why we all choose Domestic delivery is to assure us 200% delivery of drugs where as international ordering is always a gamble. If Domestic vendors cannot gurantee a 200% delivery they should opt for either a 100% refund (including the btc fees) and a reship with some extra. Or leave the game.
The excuse that /u/BlackKaiser is making that reship can be only of 50% refund or 50% as the stock is low, its totally useless. Is this our fault that your stock is almost over? The answer is no man. We are not paying you for a half job. And that too letters getting lost in domestic scene is very RARE.

On the other hand i have seen /u/shoppersstop reshipping an UNTRACKED 10 acids and /u/psychbaba shipping 10+2 acids to the customers. These vendors will never offer half refund or reship for a failed job. New vendors must learn something from old ones, and make the Domestic scene more sorted.

Domestic shipments anywhere rarely go missing, its something like <1%, if a vendor doesn't have proof of delivery, tracking, etc, then they should 100% reship or they aren't worth dealing with. If they have tracking and it proves an issue with routing, I'd still want 100% reship. That <1% error/defect rate is part of the cost of doing business.

My order was 5 pills, he reshipped 3, didn't wanna make a scene for 2 extra pills. Though I agree he should have made his reshipping policy clear in the start itself.

50% reship was due to limitation of stock and to settle all concerned parties. Everyone been promised further extras when new stocks come in.

Plus except the one round that went wrong, every order been completed successfully..
