Why isn't legal mail a more standardardized @ least optional opsec availability or standard? : OpSec | Torhoo darknet markets

How do you people think we (circumstantially of course, as it depends on where you're @, if it's a profit or gubment facility, among other factors of course) in prison often get shit in? Legal mail. They not only can't open it. They don't. Trust me. We've put it to the FULL test behind the fence *grins*.

Granted i realize the issue with just not being able to consistently mail bulk amounts of packages or even anything approaching it's number in sheer volume, just in practical, common sense terms of it obviously being NOT legal mail after so many (or few, whatever) .... but never the less, it remains a solid reliable standard as such for if nothing else occasional questionable or just worriesome particular deliveries
