NOVEMBER 11TH UPDATE:
Withdraws have been fixed and staff replied to my support ticket a few minutes ago. Thanks everybidy for your replies and assurance it was an issue on my end and not with the entire market; after going through more than 4 exit scams I got very nervous when I saw withdraws were disabled.

A while ago I tried to submit a withdraw and it said I cannot make a withdraw because "Your account is under review".
So I waited, and waited, tried again a few days later, waited, continued shipping new orders and letting the balance from finalized orders pile up unable to withdraw it, and eventually I submitted a ticket to ask support what was going on. That was more than 3 days ago, and still no response from them.
I have had no disputes, no complaints, all of my orders are shipped, I have no outstanding issues whatsoever but for some reaon I am unable to withdraw the funds from my completed orders.
If anybody else is having related issues please feel free to share them here, I am realy hoping that it is only me and that there is some sort of error or mistake going on and that this isn't the first sign of yet another exit scam but until the issue is resolved I will not be shipping any new orders (as of Monday, Nov 11th 2024).
I will update this thread when and if the issue is resolved.

Your withdrawals were disabled because you accepted orders without processing them, we received several complains that you were not processing their orders and that's the reason. Next time you cannot take orders do not let on hold your customers for more than one week without any update.
