WSM we are not able to withdraw our funds : WallStreetMarket | Torhoo darknet markets

Hello, I'm not sure if this even get read by WSM. Since today we have had sales close and usually the crypo goes directly to our wallet. I emptied our wallet today, then saw sales close on WSM. Few hours later no funds in our wallet, I contact support to tell them and the order number (no response), so another sale closes, and now I'm kind of worried. Contacted support again, still no reply. I know they are busy with this DDOS war. I looked around to see if this is happening to anyone else? I have heard no one else mention it, so it may be a isolated incident, I usually get BTC in 30 minutes after the sale, monero the next day.

Now I have 11 orders to send, and just don't know what to do. I have also checked my BTC address and its the same i use. Hopefully this gets solved, if you made a order with us i apologize, we really had a new press done right we wanted to show.

Had the same issue and was fixed with no need to contact support.

It's happened before. Sometimes it fixes itself, sometimes it takes someone to message the administrators.

Thanks for bringing it to their attention as they might not have noticed on a Sunday.

On the other hand, some of my customers are having issues depositing the coin, keeping their order in limbo (funds not received) until the funds either come thru or fall thru.

I have had at least one customer cancel completely because the coins were not depositing. I'm hoping he tried to order again but I have no idea what's goin on on WSMs end right now.

Maybe they are sending the payment with a very low fee?

That's what I was thinking. It may be due to either negligence or a very low fee being used. About 75% of the transactions end up clearing though.
