They have been saying their store for awhile now, once their Flualp bars are sold. The new team is gonna use Bromaz I think. I ordered of XBA maybe a month ago for 1k 2mg flualp bars and everything was smooth.

Honestly, I wouldn't be so quick to say that'll end badly. PF did this a couple years back and they were able to keep up with the consistency and professionalism of the previous owners. XBC has done an excellent at keeping their customer base happy, I doubt they'd be willing to sell their store to just anyone.
Plus they will be releasing new bars pressed with bromazolam and flubrotizolam. I will defiantly be trying out their products before making any conclusions.
