XMR 'not yet sent' - probably best to use another exchange : Elude | Torhoo darknet markets

This is a warning to other users that there appears to be something wrong with elude. I deposited some BTC ~4 hours ago, elude quickly showed that it was confirmed (it now has dozens of confirmations), and still no XMR has been deposited to my wallet. All elude says is that the XMR payment is 'not yet sent'.

I have used elude to do this many times in the past and have never had to wait more than hour, so I'm sure there is something wrong with their service right now.

With the extreme volatility of crypto nowadays, I would recommend NOT using elude. The fact that elude asks you to give them 48 hours is ridiculous. Already I have lost about 2% of what I paid. In 48 hours, you could lose a substantial amount of value. Even though we pay fees and they receive them, elude demands that you pay them within three hours, but that you wait 48 hours for them to pay you.

Have you contacted support with your exchange details? Haven't had this issue with BTC -> XMR, but they're usually helpful when things go wrong.
