XMR payment showing as unconfirmed, but it's had 84 confirmations? : DarkMatterMarket | Torhoo darknet markets

Hi,

Placed an order 4 hours ago and the XMR transaction still shows as unconfirmed. Yet looking on Monero explorer it shows it's fully sent, confirmed, 84 confirmations, so it's an issue with DarkMatter's system not confirming it? I have raised a ticket to support with TXTID, Deposit address & secret view key but have been asked to paste PGP order verification? I signed my message with my PGP key, not sure what else I can provide, never seen a XMR transaction show as unconfirmed yet it's confirmed it's send and confirmed with the 84 confirmations, wanted to wrap up this order asap and now confused :/
