fuck no. It was a joke referencing your username piggy!
you seem like a cool dude. if you are a cop you should start a little project on the side investigating your bosses "handlings" with certain cartels, like we already know about, but apparently they have "qualified immunity" and nobody questions it...
Is /post/3a1152e528d2a618391a considered qualified immunity? I mean I understand what "qualified immunity" is, but if you want to explain more in detail, please feel free.
Haha, honestly man, and I think we both know this, but it's really a judges discretion what qualified immunity is and isn't... But arguably it's anything the officer would argue is done "in his job duties in the pursuit of justice, pursuant to public safety interests"
There's a lot of ways piggies like to bend that... But damn near anything, even vending drugs directly to people, has even been held up under QI.
The local bacon company in my town actually had an episode of cops where they sold weed and crack on a corner, let the person drive off before swarming them.
I do think people who call out a lot of "fedposting" are projecting. I mean a LOT. Not just one here and there that look obvious and suspicious. /post/4bd71ea3d538407a036c/#c-34f42225ee619526f8
We honestly won't really know, just always be on your toes, right?
There's an old chinese saying that translates into something along the lines of "never underestimate your adversary"
Truth is, if you can imagine them doing something that could net them busts, odds are, if they haven't figured it out yet, before long they probably will figure it out, and will probably start doing it eventually.
Even vendors could be cops. Some, at the very least DEFINITELY are informants. that's pretty much guaranteed.
Like you say, best be on your toes unless you fancy sharing a 6x10 with a big black guy named leroy, who likes to make you bend over and touch yours...
