- Withdrawals are only blocked when the vendor is under investigations due to reports.
- Escrow until 200/500 sales is required to counter scammers
- 31 AF is needed to counter scamming during periods of heavy ddos attacks. (will be changed back to 14 days soon).
- Vendor links are useless, we are stabilizing the main link and guaranteeing complete up time soon.

We will take suggestions in consideration.

You also missed: a) Marketplace interfering with orders by autocancelling orders without customers or vendors asking for it, reported numerous times... "Support" think "Take it up with the customers" is a valid response. b) Some people with missing funds well over a week after depositing, c) Waves of vendors unable to withdraw..

1. The AF period - We clearly have a problem with the 31 days. NM have confirmed in a message that they will change this
- Due to the DDoS; precautionry measures were deployed which, due to the circumstnces was a good safety net however we are now out of this
- The best course of action is possibly a 14 day with the option to extend to 20 days. EU/INTL should be able to complete
2. Vendor Panel - Maybe a figure, like on dream, displaying the amount that is owed in as well as 'Total earnings'
- The black bar would contain this figure

3. Vendor panel - Revert to a Rapture like sales screen. The PGP Address would be displyed on the sales screen
- This is to limit and reduce the amount of pages and POSTS we need to use for an order. (Bad)Example below

These are just a few changes we could make to run the market more efficient!

Sad to see my post got deleted, this is one of the worst signs guys. To stop free speaking people was never a good sign in history :)

What is constantly in my mind is the fact that you're giving FE to who ever you like up to yours preference.
Like for example when I came in the market first you've told me to wait a month before I can apply for FE because you wanted to see how my first sale are gonna go thru. After a month you said that I need to complete 200 sales minimum and then I will be granted FE. OK, fine I thought to myself - never done ESCROW but was willing to take the risk.
But when I found out that you are giving FE to vendors who are having 3 sales or 12 and have no background in sales from previous markets that was really interesting. When I mentioned that in my support ticket, the answer was this: "200 sales! No discussion!"
Why would you give some newbies FE straight away with next to zero sales, but established vendors who's been on DNM since the begging of the original Silk Road you're asking for minimum 200 sales. I will wait as I'm heading for that 200 sales quickly. I'm only thinking what will be the next message from support once I hit the 200 sales and ask for FE :) We will see if they will keep up their word this time.
Other then that, it's seems like nice market. Notifications system is quite dull. Too many pointless notification that don't disappear even when you've read it.

I have also some problems with the market actually. First everything was fine until this DDOS came, I was not able to enter vacation mode before my holidays so my account stayed open and orders was coming in. Due to the fact that I was able to ask for FE for any of my listings, all sales got accepted and shipped automatically. This ended up in coming back from holiday and see several open orders, all disputed and since this my account is fucked up with bad ratings and even a scammer tag.

I asked the support to remove this scammer tag, lucky they did this directly but now I lost my right to ask for FE, so for sure I will not list on a market again with escrow system. I got burned often enough in the past and before I will sell with escrow again, I will stop vending on the market. This is what I now decided for my CaptainW33D account on Nightmare. Time to bring back the old "SoS" technique, specially since now we have awesome notorizing tools like PGP and lots of us know enough code to etch protocol and what not.
Kind of like we have a Wall of Shame on most forums. And a wall of legends should be the corner stone.

No problem with Escrow, in fact no problem with any of the things you mention OTHER THAN 31 days AF time. There are a number of issues with this. 1. It takes a month to get paid! Not acceptable when orders take 1 or 2 days to arrive. 2. In these challenging times, having a month's money tied up in Escrow is just not a risk I'm willing to take. The recent events just don't allow me to put that much faith in a market I've just started using. 3. It takes A MONTH to get paid.

Our attempt to share our story/issues as vendors on the market have been snuffed out once again thanks to auto-mod.

Or forcing XMR deposits to use a Payment ID even when Monero says that Payment ID's are obsolete and we should inform the receiving party of that. Especially when lots of use a coin exchanging service and you can't set a payment ID using those, so you're basically forcing us to do something that a) is obsolete and outdated, and b) cannot be done from the Monero CLI. We made a deposit 4 days ago and the ticket has been escalated, yet our $1000 is not yet deposited.

I've posted here 5 times today but keeps getting deleted.

I thought I was the only one there for a second who was extremely upset about this 31 days AF bs. Been arguing with support about this by keep reopening the support ticket I put it because all of their replies to me so far do not even make any sense. Well except when they said soon going to change it's ok. Well no, it is not ok. People here have a huge point when they say it is the vendors that need protection not the buyers at this point. Too much power is being given to the buyers while we are working are asses off to fill orders in a timely manner to get their drugs to them in 2-5 days. Then if they happen to be ignorant of our terms, where it clearly says at the top in BOLD LETTERS to FINALIZE ASAP after receiving package (and now at top of all of our listings), and just take there sweet ass time to finalize, or some even apologize because they were out of town for two weeks that is why they couldnt finalize, and we have to sit there and wait for their inconsiderate asses to release our money or otherwise it is a month. That is straight up bullshit. I agree with whoever said that for verified vendors with positive ratings escrow should be 7 days with the option to extend if needed, just like it is on cryptonia, which seems to work just fine for the buyers on that market. Nightmare needs to seriously start listening to us or they are not going to have a marketplace anymore. I say if they do not change it to what the majority of us vendors want, they we should go on vacation mode strike until they do. Serious shit.

I'm going into vacation mode till you guys grant FE to established vendors on their rep, like every market always have.
Now I just need an hour and a half to get on to your market to do it.....

Cannot understand why the customers are being protected from us Vendors?? Shouldn't it be the other way around? If we are able to login (AND PROCESS ORDERS) every day, even during DDoS, the customer is able to login and extend escrow or open dispute as well or not??

Every single Vendor is generating more profit for NMM than the customers, why are they being protected!!?! We have a reputation to loose, also on other markets.. Why would we mess with it?

Our Acc is turned to NO ESCROW at the moment because we wont wait 31(RIDICULOUS) days for AF and considering we just lost a couple of grand to WALLStr...
Due to NO ESCROW we are only getting about 25% of the orders placed than we had before(ESCROW) which really sucks. Would like to switch back to ESCROW soon, for more sales!

Pretty unhappy with the current NMM situation. A couple of weeks back it was our go to market after Dream and WSM went down. Would be awesome if everything gets back to normal.

Even 14 days ESCROW is pretty long considering most of our orders arrive within 1-2 days domestic and 4-6 days EU.
Probably not the right time to suggest this but, could there be an option for established/trusted Vendors to get 7 days AF and extension period of 48hrs? Then when the customer is lazy and doesnt take care of his order we get paid quicker! And if for some reason the order hasnt arrived heat least has to take action and DO SOMETHING to get it solved in time!
